One quick question: I’ve heard a couple comments so far about outsourcing the content. I’ve done this a little with Fiverr and while it’s been fine I think it could be better. Do y’all have suggestions on where to find writers that will provide solid content but not break the bank?

The interesting thing is that he doesn’t seem to be ranking on Google, at least not very high, and yet he still got enough page views to be making a good income. Can someone expand on how that works? Is he getting traffic from somewhere else or is he just getting enough traffic anyway to make a living?

How do you guys feel about non-blog websites? I'm considering starting a website in a pretty broad industry sector that I have real-world experience in, but I have an idea for website content that isn't just blog articles. Long story short, I want to create a digital directory for the industry of all the hundreds (if not thousands) of various useful websites, apps, tools etc for customers of that industry. There are many local business directories for this industry, and many authority sites with TONS of content, but no simple website that provides a directory of industry websites & app-based services. Is this a stupid idea?? Can something like that be monetized? And could I still use some of the same tools and advice that you provide, even if my website is not a blog? Please help! I love your videos and I am really interested in generating income through something like this, but I just don't know if this makes sense or not. It seems the vast majority of people who talk about making money through websites are talking about blogging, but there are so many other types of websites, and in the industry I'm interested in specifically, I don't think another blog would be useful or valuable to anyone. The industry is completely oversaturated with blogs. But a directory would be useful, as the type I am envisioning doesn't currently exist. What do you think?
