We want to know first-hand how to teach you guys what’s working now with building websites. So we are selling all of our current blogs. https://incomeschool.com/garagesale. We don’t want to be those guys who claim to know internet marketing when they aren’t in the trenches, so we are going to start all new sites for 2020. As we do so, we will share what we learn just like we always have. And the info will be more relevant and up-to-date than ever. In this video, Jim will share the Top 5 things we learned from the sites we are selling.
When you’re ready to start your niche website to earn passive income, check out Project 24, our complete course showing you how to work toward replacing your current income with passive income from websites in 24 months. Check it out here: https://incomeschool.com/register/project-24-registration/?ref=45
Project 24 is a product of Income School LLC. Results mentioned are not typical. The trademark “Project 24” refers to the goal of some people to create a successful business in 24 months, but is not a promise or guarantee of that success. Many online businesses fail because, like any business, it requires hard work, skill, and dedication. Before making business decisions, consult financial and legal professionals licensed in your jurisdiction.

is this coincidence or you guys knew that amazon will kill the commissions. and before that you sold all your blogs
You guys are awesome!!!
by your first takeaway, do you mean that it is not a good idea to publish too many posts quickly, like 200 posts in a month? Even if it genuinely is written by a single person? And if you think that really is the case, then should this be considered for only a new website or even for moderately traffic website which is like 1 year old and getting 100K views? Please answer
This is exactly why members of P24 trust Jim and Ricky because they actually do the work we are all doing on our blogs and websites.
I don't understand why the need to teach if that is taking you away from earning income? Unless that isn't the prime income? Or a purging? I appreciate you guys and all you've given but a study guide with updates should be sufficient.
Wow. Respect to you guys. That's impressive. I like your dedication to produce content that is timely and valuable – and in this case REALISTIC. Building sites in 2020 is very different than in 2010. Strategies change. Workflows change. Thank you guys.
like the phony at Create and Go ….
I have started a blog in fitness. YMYL! Ahhh! I hope it takes off eventually like 7yrokds.com! I have tried to do a good about page, and got some guest posts. 7 months in and still only a trickle of organic traffic! 😱
Is it as good as dota 2 tho??
I am selling a website about pets if anyone is interested in buying?
Can anyone answer this question? When starting out, most of us will be writing our own content. We do the research, then write it out in our own words. Is it necessary to cite your entire blog post? This seems to be my current obstacle. Is there a video that gives good examples on how to do this?
I own a niche site I started 5 years ago. This past year I made over $50k. But I am buying your course this week. I have not been able to reproduce this result in any other niche site and maybe I can learn from you guys. I plan to purchase on Monday ~ Robert
I don't understand why you need to sell off your entire portfolio in order to start a new site. The only reason you'd sell is if you need immediate cash or you think the sites are starting to die and lose traffic. Selling off is fine but don't try and make it look like you're taking some moral high ground in order to "stay true to the subscribers "
they are all sold now!
Really great video! Congratulations from Serbia!
So what's the results? I'd like to know what the value is. Looks like about a 3 year return on investment and I'd like to know what the ask/bid ratio (what they actually sold for).
Great interesting video. Love to see you guys chugging along.
No offense intended, but it sounds like there's more money in teaching than blogging. And there's more money in selling now than holding.
Brave!
Definition of fire-sale: a sale of goods or assets at a very low price, typically when the seller is facing bankruptcy.
This term is also used in the movie Margin Call, I recommend everyone YT this clip "Margin Call Fire Sale Scene". In this scene, a Investment Bank Exec. instructs his team to offload all their mortgage backed security positions at "fire-sale" prices just prior to the market crash of 07/08.
Not the best choice of words.
I can't believe that you are selling all your websites…I have been watching your videos from a long time. I wanted to be a Project 2 member but since I am from India, $1 costs me more than 70 rupees, which makes it impossible for just a starter to pay off the fees. However, I started a website learning through your YouTube videos and I an glad to say that its been just 4 months and I earned $20 from Amazon Affiliate. I am looking forward now and therefore in just 4 months I put 70+ articles on my website. I know you people are too busy in helping newbies like me. So, Good luck and keep up your Good work. Love u Guys!!
I do not understand this approach. Isn't the whole idea of passive site to let them "marinate" and generate income. The work is done, let's see where they end up. Isn't that what you are selling in the Project4 course? Full time income in two years. Why do you need to sell these in order to start a new project? Honestly, it sounds contrived to me.
Do you guys ever face issues during Google AdSense approval?
Those are some seriously CRAZY prices you're asking, dude! This is not my idea of a "fire sale," but I have to wonder if your decision to sell was at all motivated by Neil Patel's recently uploaded video stating that blogs will begin to lose their value in 2020, unless you're a genuine "expert" in that niche, with documentation to prove it.

0:03 OMG i alt tabed and I thought that sound was a heavy metal intro you chosen for the video. haha
In one of these videos it was stated that he had bought a boat and then created a website inspired by browsing history and then went on to sell that site for $74000 or similar. Personally as a boat owner and webmaster I would prefer to see evidence of such claims. I state this as in a world of fake news and a load of hype online it is essential to bring credibility to all financial claims of success when attempting to tutor others.
Awesome content guys 👍
Hi, actually after seeing your video I'm quite heartbroken. I have been following your videos for a long time now and they all say on how a dedicated blog with more than 30 plus articles with good content can earn a good income after period of time. After seeing you blogs for sale and analyzing them I seen that your blog sites with more than 500-700 blogs are not going beyond 2k per month. Can you please explain to the viewers that they cannot earn from a single blog as it appears from the channel. Thanks
You are sooooo popular! 3 hours after you announced this garage sale, you received over 50 qualified offers. Kudos and respect to you!!! 👍
It's great that you all are going to be starting from scratch to experience what a lot of new website creators have to go through to grow their site. I wish you the best of luck with your new sites and am excited to hear about the journey
Please i need help. Since i created my site, Google search console refused to give me hints. Everything was just flat 😭 I gets 10k page views a month.
In case I've published "pillar posts" at first (2 of them) and am just now starting to upload response posts… will these approximately 4000 words posts still be valuable in the future or do I HAVE to post them after the response and staple posts?
Jim, I hope you respond to me. I was going to sign up for Project24 this week, but then I watched this video on Monday wherein you announced you and Ricky are selling most of your sites. That sent up alarm bells for me. But, I thought, "Well, they still have improvephotography.com, maybe cabinfreedom.com too, so it's not like they're nuking every site, other than Income School." But, then I saw in a comment that you had sold the Improve Photography site last fall. That's the first I had heard of that.
Now, it (you, Ricky and the community) feels unstable to me somehow, like I don't know what to expect going forward. After following you both for some time now and watching, what I think are, all of your videos, I no longer feel that certainty about your path and my desire to walk that with you. I had come to rely on what I felt was your and Ricky's authenticity and transparency given you both seemed to "put it all on the table." Now, I am not sure what to think because "the plan," your plan, seems to have taken a hard 180, and I am left feeling uncertain.
That said, as I have said, I've watched you guys and was drawn into what I thought were two guys sharing what they had learned who wanted to guide others on their similar path. Sure, you're making good money for sharing that guidance, and there's nothing wrong with that. It's just my confidence in "the program" has taken a direct hit given your, what feels like, change in direction.
I think people who watch/follow you and Ricky had come to feel like you were in the trenches with us, i.e., building blogs and struggling to make them grow and prosper. Now, it feels as though your focus may be mostly on growing Income School, which, based on your own accounting, is your site that brings in most of your revenue. I'm not sure I'm right about that; it's just a factor in my prevailing sense of uncertainty and doubt. Something doesn't feel right, which isn't to say you and Ricky are doing anything wrong. It's just a feeling I have and don't want to.
Would you please offer some words that might make my sense of insecurity quiet down? I truly hung my hat on you and Ricky, and it fell off the hook. I want to get the sense of confidence and trust back. I hope I can.
Whether you answer me or not, I wish you and Ricky nothing but the best in your new direction.
In the beginning: You can build a niche site with 30 articles
Now: We have 700 articles on the site
Hey Jim, I hope you read/respond to this. I also love how transparent you guys are, my question is….when I look at your websites, I don't see ads nor affiliate links….just loads of informational content. I've browsed through the pages looking for where you guys are monetizing, but I can't find it. Can you do vids of each website, pointing out where your affiliate links and ads are, just so, we can get an idea of content vs ads/links we'd need to do when building our own sites?
PS I'd love to buy one of these, just dont have the funds right now. Thanks again for all you do
Is not having a profile picture on youtube some kind of marketing trick? 😀
You guys are awesome! Keep it up
I like what I'm seeing so far from Income School. I'm curious though as I read one guy's comment yesterday on someone who was reviewing "income school" and he was saying that he didn't know 1 person yet that had been in Project 24 over a year that was making any decent money…..He went on to say that there were only a couple of people making a a couple hundred dollars, but a majority most of them were making nothing. Again, this isn't my comment, so I have no opinion on this whatsoever, but I think when comments like this are posted, I'm curious as to what the response would be? I hope this isn't true, as I was hoping Project 24 was FINALLY something I could get on board with, as I've been scammed with other sites like Wealthy Affiliate. As I always try and look at both the positive comments and the negative ones…
I Would like to hire someone to make my site approved by Adsense. I think it couldn't be so hard for you to do that if you have been approved already. Please let me know I'm offering you 100$ for this – we can make a contract on Fiverr / Upwork, please let me know at ulltrums@gmail.com
You guys are insane, but very trustworthy also! But only the broken Amazon link in all the websites is a thing that is a bit cumbersome because I always thought Amazon Affiliate was the biggest income part of these sites. I cannot believe you didn't notice Amazon was broken.
This is why I appreciate and respect you guys, the Income School team and this channel so much.
You're crazy, but it's nice to know that you're right here in the trenches with the rest of us.
"A good leader leads the people from above them. A great leader leads the people from within them." –M. D. Arnold
I thought you had a lot more sites. Remember the video with all the laptops and hiring the college writers
love that you guys walk the walk instead of just talking about it!
