Re: the extra hour
As an SEO vendor what I’m doing now is writing let’s say 5 articles for my client and then getting my client onto a Zoom call and recording it. In the call we talk about the key points from each article (5-10 mins each). Then I carve up that interview into 5 YouTube videos and embed each one on the respective post.
What do you guys think of this tactic?
Obviously some ppl are better on camera than others but I don’t think it matters.
As long as the interview delivers authentic information.

So if you're doing a listicle, does it matter if you write more things in your list than what's ranking in top ? like if someone has "top 10 hotels" how do you compete if not make a longer list

I tend to keep it between 1200 and 2200 words because 1200 tends to be plenty to fully answer a basic question, and over 2200 can become a run-on. I really don't set out to write any specific word count, it just works out that way.

I dislike lengthy posts created for marketing purposes because they waste my time before I find the answer I'm looking for.
