One question that still plagues me…what do you do with "pending" emails… emails that are delegated but you have to check back on, or emails that you responded to but are awaiting a response and are important etc… Do you throw them into the files anyway with a "pending" tag? Or have a separate folder? How do you track these types of emails and get them out of your inbox? Thanks!
