The trademark “Project 24” refers to the goal of some people to create a successful business in 24 months, but is not a promise or guarantee of that success. Many online businesses fail because, like any business, it requires hard work, skill, and dedication. 1. I’ve thought about local a lot over the years. More though from the angle of a directory (common) or, a cooperative type situation of a group of local businesses (such as an email newsletter or loyalty club for a group of local businesses)

Be interested if anyone has done anything with this idea?

  2. That is so funny! I literally have been thinking about starting a clothing alterations blog, there’s number one and two knocked out! Wish I could clone myself.

  3. Great as always a lot of knowledge and tons of motivation, I’d love to see motorization content soon like talking about Ezoic and create an info products.

  4. I’ve found no 4 – Location niche has worked for me but I started with a YouTube channel. If you live like I do in beautiful location then people want to see the scenery. The blog is the off shoot. Both I’ll be able to get sponsorship for with an established audience. However I’m on a mission to eventually incorporate number 5. Real Estate too ! 2 niches for the price of one !

  5. Do you guys really think blogging have a future? As most of the bloggers are now becoming YouTubers and most of the internet audience is shifting to videos from blogs as per my research, I would highly appreciate it if you guys can comment your views on this. Thanks

  6. Work from home – when you have to work 2 hrs. to buy a 24 roll pack of TP! Or…how to stay motivated when your job literally makes you nauseous! In case anyone needs some topics 🤣

  7. Thanks for this clip! That is the start I need. I am going to start a sewing blog also… at the moment I am blogging about other stuff so I can get more time and money to spend on what I really love: sewing.

  8. Thank you! I drilled down inside one of these suggested topics and have just decided on the niche for my second site! I also have a new sense of how I can niche down my current site, I'm just not totally sure I want to abandon my original (unfortunately high competition) idea. So appreciated!

  9. I startee my new blog about 6 months ago. I have a niche rookie cover band and I'm a beginner guitarist, so it allows me to write about guitar and gear, music theory, my niche's music (really hard to find info on foreign music). But also, because we are a local band, ai was able to write a few Toronto-based articles that relate to the country I'm writing about. I'm still early in but have written almost 120 articles, so I'm hoping traffic and some income kicks in by summertime. We should be playing as well which would also help with promoting

  10. Thanks for the informative video Ricky! I'm a new member of Project 24 and loving it so far. I've been struggling with narrowing down my niche. This video gave me the insight I needed to confidently make the right choice.

  11. I started a YouTube channel for selling antique books and it is giving my several year old blog a run for its money in revenue already! Just a few months old!

So, yeah, side hustle content is popping, for sure.
