  1. I'm late on this but the DMV wait is freaking insane. I wish liberals would see just how bad their policies are because California is the end result of what they want. Please don't make our entire nation like this. The United States is a wonderful place, I'm fortunate to live in a really good state. Don't destroy it with these horrible policies.

  2. Great video with loads of useful info…..but here is the sad part. The politicians in Sacramento don't care….they are tone deaf to the plight of the average middle class family or businesses leaving California.

  3. <I respect your work mate, because you are pointing people in the right direction this is the FOMO September for the incoming dip in October. It is manipulated but that can be a good thing if you understand it. We should all know that when this report are bullish take some off to the side line, when news gets bearish start buying. '' keep it simple simple '' that bear/correction was the best thing that happened to me. But all thanks to Annika Arno for her amazing skills of helping me to earn 20 BTC through trading chart. I believe we are in the same phase

  5. Sad when woke politicians wreck your home state, suck all your hard earned money and make a pain in the ass full of bureaucracy to prevent good and hardworking people to flee to a better state, left being left.

  6. Effing hilarious seeing all these youtubers talk about how terrible california is then move to Las Vegas which is really just California but without the income tax.

  7. Awesome video! Have you thought about doing a series comparing cost of living/tax rates of States across the U.S.? I live in PA and hear so many people complain that we're "taxed to death" compared to other states. I'd like help seeing of it's true. Hope you're still enjoying Vegas!

  8. What I got from this video: California is hella expensive, BUT California has the ocean, a beautiful landscape great weather and infrastructure. I don‘t know if I can say the same about Las Vegas 🤔

  9. Newsflash: We're gonna run out of water. Henderson, NV gets its water from the Colorado River. Phoenix and Tucson in Arizona get at least part of their water from the Colorado River. Southern California also gets at least part of its water from the Colorado River. Now the authorities in St. George, Utah also want their share of the water from the Colorado River. What's wrong with all that? Uh, the main reservoir is Lake Mead, outside of Las Vegas, along the NV-AZ border. The water level is already down to only 42% capacity in 2021, compared to 92% in the year 2000. Yes, 92% full in 2000. All I gotta say is, you do the math.

  10. Yes, an ocean beach within walking distance is expensive in LA. Especially since they stopped make new beaches there. How much is property within walking distance to an ocean beach cost in Las Vegas/Henderson? I don't think they have made any in a long time either. Of course, as a Californian from the SF Bay Area, I along with everyone else from here would never ever have considered living in LA anyway.

  11. does anyone ever feel like graham is this cheeky little bastard who just got really lucky along with making pretty good decisions and being super frugal who comes across with that cheeky smile like a …
