  1. Congratulations! We left LA and working for the studios 10 years ago. While the experience gained out there was invaluable, the move out of state greatly improved our quality of life.

  2. Hey, quick question since you have moved a lot, do you own your furniture or did you rented all your flat furnished? and would you have done it differently?

I'm myself moving a lot (every 3-4 years) and I have my own stuff… Problem is that it's such a pain to move around I'm not sure it is worth the savings of having an unfurnished rent

  3. pretty intresting to see that you outbid and its still not enough. Wish you great time in the next chapter however I will miss this place and the area. It was cool to see how you photographed. But also interested how you turn your next home for a photo space.

  4. it's super inspiring to hear how hard you and Rachel have worked, and how many changes you've lived through. You continue to move forward despite discomfort. I hope you find welcoming, loving, friends (the ones that become family for life) kinda people in your new home (the story about how you got it is epic!). Thanks for sharing!

  5. So interesting hearing about things in other countries! The noisy part of my home is my two dogs barking at the sheep in the field beside me 😜 congrats on the new home!

  6. Congratulations and smooth relocation!
I like freshness running through my gills too. Gotta follow the call. Happy pups. Zoomies in a yard! 🐶🐶

  7. The creative community in Joshua Tree is amazing! I live here! Hopefully I get to see you guys around when you finally build your dream winter home out here. Best of luck in Chicago you two!
