How I Make $36,000/year in Passive Income

Looking for creative ways to make passive income? I break down my sources of passive income in this video along with how much I make from each. Together, these sources are providing me with over $3,000 per month with very little time to maintain and update.

These are methods that don’t require you to have a social media following or an audience to sell to. However, they do require leveraging another skill with an investment of time and money.

If you aren’t a photographer, videographer, or musician, think of what skills you do have that you may be able to turn into passive income. If you want more ideas, leave me a comment below and I will make a video on it!

  1. Do you not invest in dividend stocks too? How come you don’t if that’s the case?
Ik I’m late to the video as I only just discovered you, loving the content so far. You’ve gained a subscriber!

  2. I am interested in creating stock music on the side, I know it is only been a year since you have uploaded this video but curious if you still think this is still a viable route to go for PI? I still want to do it regardless but think it would be neat to throw a few extra dimes on the pile XD.

  3. Let's see, buying property and renting it is a NEW IDEA AS PASSIVE INCOME??? LOLz. The two other things, photography and music needs to have skill sets beyond beginner; if every amateur or even half that amount made $1K I would be shocked. Bruh are you fucking serious with this?

  4. So do all of your financial endeavors fall under one LLC or something? Including the Real estate? Just curious how all of those different sources of income get sorted for taxes.

  5. Man you don’t know if your coming or going, one video your saying you made 60K in 1 month, then this video your talking how you made 30K in one year? Y anything just for a view eh? People I think clickbait is coming back ..CLICKBAIT is back people

  6. I don't get this. Non of the income sources mentioned are what I would call passive. For example, photography requires substantial initial investment and long, long hours. When you spend all day shooting and editing video? While it may be something you enjoy doing, and while it may continue to bring in money after the fact, it is not IMO passive income. Likewise, the music source. $12,xxx a year? That's not even minimum wage. And both of those industries are extremely competitive. To make what I make driving a truck you would have to have 10 or more of these very time consuming "side hustles" going simultaneously. To me that doesn't sound passive. It sounds like hard work!

I think a better title for the video would be, "How to make money with your hobbies and never have to work again" — because most people don't consider hobbies to be work.

  7. Thanks for putting these videos together. Just ran through about six of your videos. Love how transparent you are. Would love if you could add information about the impact of taxes and if you simply have to set money aside for tax season, or if you have a different strategy. Thanks again!

  8. None of that is fucking passive 🤣

You said yourself so many times through the video, it's active.

Everything there combined is your income.

Your income Is a culmination of all the small things you do to build it, none of this is passive. Such a shirty misleading video.

  9. I was just wondering if you registered with a PRO before joining Artlist? I know Epidemic Sound doesn’t allow that but it’s a bit unclear with Artlist. Super clear-ish, if you will. Love all your content!

  10. This video is so enjoyable just like the last one I watched of you day trading with $1,000! 12 x $3,085 = $37,020. Thank you Daniel for this quality content! Thumbs up + subscribed!

  11. I wouldn’t doubt it at all.
Getting a sustainable source and you’re good to go. I’m into investing on Wall Street and I call say for a fact you wouldn’t seem surprised when he speaks of so much passive income.

  12. Thanks for sharing dude, some nice tips. Can I ask, how does it work uploading to Spotify etc and art grid the same tracks. Does that not invoke a creative rights license across all platforms?
