The key to a productive workday is to start it off right. Your initial actions lay the foundation for mediocre or extraordinary results.
Successful entrepreneurs understand the importance of incorporating a healthy morning routine.
This allows them the time to get their minds and bodies in the right place before heading off to work.
After all, starting the day off on the right foot can make all the difference in creativity and productivity levels.
To avoid falling into an unproductive trap, it’s really important to develop a morning routine that puts you in the right mindset to conquer your day.

Shorten the time between waking up and getting to work. Your goal should be a solid uninterrupted 2-4 hour session of work.
These are just some examples of ceo morning rituals and morning habits of entrepreneurs. Try one or a few of them to see what works best for you. Every person is unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all morning routine. The key point is to make it your own and do it every day. You will be a better entrepreneur because of it.

Arg you are so right! It sounds all cool having meditation and practices crammed in before work, but it is just adding more things (and burdens) to do, and brain fog, before starting work. I had originally set up a routine of first doing my main work (painting, as an artist) and then at the end of the day about an hour of admin (emails, marketing, website tweaking etc) and this seemed to work well. Then I decided that because I need to package and send my art on Monday morning, that I would shift all my admin and packaging to the first hour or 2 of the day for consistency, and then paint. And oh my gosh it's terrible, I can't stick to a time frame to start painting once I've started admin and all these mini jobs, it unrolls the to do list in my mind so I can't focus on my one main task. So I will shift everything back to the way it was! Doing the bare minimum as quickly as possible to prepare for the main daily task is definitely the best way to be productive. Wake up, shower, dressed, breakfast, teeth. And all these tasks need to require very minimal thinking, basically just muscle memory, then Work. It's like saving all your fresh morning drive for the one main task, and not wasting it on like yoga etc lol

You snooze you lose!
For me, it's vital to avoid checking social media or email. It puts me in a reactive state and the dopamine hits we get reduce motivation to work.
This makes so much sense to me – doing the other things, then having to get game face/brain on – nope. Thank you for sharing!

still working full time jobs and YouTube? Unfortunately, my full time job gets priority to support my family. For me, YouTube comes at the end of the day into the night but never before my morning commute.
