“YouTube has mistakenly identified my account as spam and sent me an email saying that my channel would be deleted after July 12th for repeated violations. While I have spoken with YouTube about this, there isn’t a clear answer as to whether or not a deletion would occur – even if its just temporary or by mistake.”

Create your own bots that remove the malicious comments. Looks like youtube has an API and although there is a limited quota on the number of request you can do it's probably easier to ask them to increase that for you vs asking them to implement new features.
