Your product launch strategy can propel you to success or create unnecessary friction for your best customers. Which do you choose?
You can check out my membership site here: https://www.contentandconversion.com
Whether you are thinking about an evergreen launch funnel you can build once and bring in customers or members every day… Or a limited time product launch, you need to know the pros and cons for both.
Online course creation is tough… Building your membership site is difficult… But then you have to deal with the product launch process which is a whole ‘nother challenge!
Now, if you are launching a membership program, I highly recommend you leverage this proven six-figure membership funnel: https://www.milesbeckler.com/six-figure-membership-funnel-hack/
Which is detailed in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QH1dC-c7OjA
Mainly because you can expect about 30% of new members to take you up on your annual upsell and it will generate more front-end cashflow for you, fast.
But what if you are creating a fixed duration membership or course? One that will bring a new group of students through a curriculum over the course of 6 weeks?
Is the evergreen membership funnel still the best launch strategy?
Maybe not.
Also, what if your membership program is brand new and you want to offer a founding member’s special price…
Or you don’t know how much time and energy it will take you to manage your membership, should you still go with an evergreen funnel?
These are the core questions you need to ask yourself when you are figuring out how to launch your product.

Hi Miles. Very nice video. Do you recommend the membership business model or a stand alone products with upsells?
I'm wondering if you have a video about building a membership site? Thanks☺
Hi Miles…great centent buddy i appreciated very much. Thank you
I will try. You have sound good sense. I have 2 channels. This one is my passion – ADAtrips- travel all over and when I don’t travel I talk about Hawaii as I live there. The other will morph into $$ talk. Is there Anyway to combine or let them grow individually? The reason for two is I heard the challenge to limit what i talk about. Aloha
I think I figured it out. Am I correct in saying that it is used just for course creators/sellers. An evergreen sales funnel is a colourful way of naming an automated system that sells courses year-round, every day, to your audience, in a strategically structured way.
Is that it?
Hey Miles, this is my first time hearing about an Evergreen Funnel. Is this a commonly used generic term or a new product that has been released.?
Nice video Miles! Really excited to hear that you're going to have your inner circle open regularly, I look forward to becoming a member of the community even more now that I can get in sooner 😀
Hi Miles! I've gone through your book recommendations on your website. And had a question for you. What book do you wish you read earlier in life?
🔥Make it Happen Miles,🔥 Skip those LIVE Pre-recorded Sales Tactics! Yo!👊
This was very helpful. I'm working out the ideas for exclusive content to compliment my podcast. The show does very well so I want offer extra content for my audience. Which piece of content do you think is most valuable for your monthly program?
Miles, Send me the link on my email and I promise you I will buy the membership immediately.
Interestingly, even big fast food company like McDonalds also use the time limited offers. They offer Chocolate pies for 2 weeks… Fish n Chips (60% more pricey than their usual menu) in and out in within a month while they leave their main menu un-touched. They have both evergreen and new local launches.
They already market the Nasi Lemak (Coconut Rice Flavour) burger coming out next month. 😀
When you opened your first membership program for a limited time, I waited until the last day to see if the limited time was true or just like many others membership programs that after the last day, they keep open the program for another period of time “due to the huge demand of people who ask for enrollment.” When I realized that you honored your limited time of enrollment, that made me think, “wow, Miles is serious about this. That built more trust in you so when you opened the next limited time registration, I literally registered in that program the first day without hesitation. And let me tell you that you really deliver great knowledge and valuable information. Great work!
This is very interesting since most people I know favor to open their membership sites once or twice per year and I actually never heard of anyone who prefers to keep it open at all times. Personally, I don’t like the stress that comes with traditional launches and prefer to create automated sales funnels that run 24/7 (maybe it’s a Virgo thing?) What I need to figure out is how to incentivize people to join now and not wait. I seem to remember that Melanie uses a lifetime up-sell but I can’t do that with Mighty Networks and have to come up with something else. Any ideas? Btw, would love to see a video on how you guys use books to make sales since I just signed a book deal with Hay House.
Great video Miles! I’m about to publish my Membership Website and to be honest, I’m a little nervous! 😄
I have been struggling with this over the last week and this has clarified it for me. Thank you so much.
Oh my god, I absolutely hate that 'fake hour wait' "live" webinar tactic. Like come on, why undermine your audience's intelligence with that crap!
I’m working on launching my membership site. – I planned to do it on ClickFunnels but I recently saw the video you did about ClickFunnels and I may second guess that decision. Haven’t decided yet lol
Thanks for the content! Pretty well explained…and the way you talk is actually a bit like Jeff Walker himself haha!
Good information Miles! I know I have thought about something like this. Thank you so much.
I really like your straightforward way to share and say things. I will definitely follow you.
Love it 👍
I'm curious… Have you launched your membership site or your course yet? If so, is it EVERGREEN or LIMITED TIME?
Seriously miles, you come out with just the right video at just the right time. Thanks. 👍🏾
