I’ll bet you in the next few minutes I could find 10 hours worth of content telling you about the importance of hustling, grinding, working late, and putting in the hours to make your dreams come true.
But I would be hard-pressed to find 5 minutes of content that actually tells you what you should be doing.
Now, I know a lot of it is just harmless motivation so I don’t want you to think I’m here to tell you never to watch one of those videos again or they’re all a waste of time.
But there is a danger in these videos.
These videos have a pretty massive misunderstanding of what entrepreneurship really is and what actually moves the needle in your business.
And if you’re not careful, this misunderstanding can destroy your productivity and business in general.
I call it the Diminishing Returns of Hustling
Here’s what I mean, we’ve all heard of diminishing returns.
Just because something starts out with a good return, doesn’t mean it always stays that way. You may have seen this if you’ve ever run ads on Facebook or Youtube.
Even if you begin profitably, as you increase your budget you might find that your Return on Adspend gets smaller and smaller.
Or let’s say you’re hiring a team. At first, hiring people is profitable because more work is getting done, but at a certain point simply hiring more people costs more money than they’ll be able to bring in.
Well, the same is true in Hustle Culture.
Hustling, or working those long hours, may start off being profitable, but eventually the return you get for those late nights and time away from family gets smaller and smaller.
Why is this?
It’s simply because at a certain level, working MORE does not always mean working BETTER.
In fact, some of the most profitable things you can do in your business don’t always require you to be there at all hours of the day.

Diminishing returns from hustling and grinding? More is not always better. You don't always want to hustle and grind. Quality matters. Get focused. Create time when you are focused and create great content. There is lots of competition, people screaming loud to get attention. Need to create quality over quantity. Create good habits with time and energy dedicated to quality. How many quality hours are you putting into your business? Scale your business and have freedom.

Yes, it's always better to put in 100% in 2-4 hours where you're focused and dialed in, as opposed to putting 50-60% into 8 hours. Your content and results will be much better with the 100% effort than the 60% effort. And, having a schedule where you have a certain amount of time devoted to a project or job will help to force you to concentrate and focus 100 % into that project. Thanks for the video!
I am grinding it out everyday and never give up. I do not hustle money from people. I do what is right and just and best for humanity. I do give money to some homeless people who are hungry. But I will not hold up any signs to hustle money from people. My dad taught me better than that and to give until it hurts. Well I have been doing this. I guess I am here as service to others. But in the end I will get my family back together in a clean and safe environment and be able to see my grandbabies and kids once again, just as my dad had wanted for me as well. It is not easy being a chosen one but I keep on living life in the now and grounded in Mother Earth and nature. I am not good with technology and did not come back to planet Earth for technology. But to evolve as a more spiritually mature species as intended 🙏. God is good all day and all night long and we are all made in our creators likeness. Sending love around the world for a better world for many future generations to come and help keep our planet Earth clean and our oceans pristine .
