  1. WHY haven't you hit subscribe yet?

    Because you forgot

    Why

Because you smoke too much weed

    Why

Because it helps you chill out

    Why

Because your stressed about what you could be doing with your life, but haven't. You're letting life pass you by day by day. Revolution after revolution around the sun. The same you, never acting. never trying. Existential dread creeps in making you question your purpose on this rock.

    Why

Because you haven't hit subscribe yet.

  2. I have a serious problem with "making myself poor", time and time again I find ways to make an excuse for NOT doing something before even trying it. But being able to acknowledge that its a problem has always given me hope that some day I'll kick myself hard enough into solving it, and as of this past year thanks to your channel I have seriously began working towards killing off the laziest parts of my brain.

I watched a video here on YouTube one time that said "Think of each part of your personality as a living entity, the lazy part wants to survive just as much as the ambitious part wants to live" however, you can only really entertain one or the other at scale, so you have to kill off the ability for the lazy part to exist entirely by simply putting in work. Eventually, repetition and the beauty of how humans develop habits will kick in, but until that does you're in for a treat.

Another great video Max, thanks so much for sharing this with us.

  3. love your videos. Started a moving company during the pandemic but still stuck in the mid 100,000's on my third year. Thank you for this inspiration and motivation!

  4. #2 is VERY TRUE. I once lost over 400k because of the sunk cost thing. I stayed in something that changed my financial situation. I was in it everyday, part of a community, at the height of it red flags started popping up left and right, and even had someone told me straight up You should leave. He had something else on the plate that seemed interesting, without the red flags I was now dealing with. But… I didn't. I was too involved. I was too attached to it. If I had listened to that person, I would have made over 2 million dollars over the next few months. Instead, I lost 400k. Don't stay in a sinking boat.

  5. Exceptional people like Max leaves me perplexed many a time. How does a good looking hippy become so successful? I need to watch this video a few hundred more times.

  6. Figure out how to make your self poor and do the opposite
    1. never track your finances.
    2. Fall for the Sunk cost fallacy – the more time you put into something the less likely you are to quit
    3. Tell your self you know everything
    4. Never get enough Sleep
    5. Have Lack Of direction
    6. Don't Read / Learn
    7. Forget Fundamentals and Follow the Crowd
    8. When things get hard , just quit

  7. The biggest threat to my growth is myself. I am a perfectionist and I hate balancing things all at once. Im investing and learning to trade; trading is difficult and im not sure how long it will take until I so called make it 😢

  8. Great stuff as usual Max! One of the challenges for me is identifying the difference between 2. sunk cost fallacy and 8. Quit.

Maybe I've put a lot of time and resources into something and I just feel like it's not going to work out. Am I in the valley of despair or am I legitimately correct that it's time to move on? Any ideas/exercises on how to differentiate between the two at times like this? Thanks!

  9. #5 is a big deal for me. I have a huge base of everything I need to succeed, and I'm always open to new information, but I don't know what I want to do for a business. Biggest problem of all for me, identifying a niche is harder than it seemed.

  10. Yea doesn't work and it's not that deep if you want to make a lot of money work hard if you don't want to make a lot of money then don't work hard END O STORY .I'D PUT MY PARAGRAPH AGAINST THIS GUY'S VIDEO ANY DAY AND WOULD BET THE BANK YOU WILL GET BETTER RESULTS FROM MY PARAGRAPH 👊
