Firstly you need to know how to use the code editor
2. you need to practice how to code which will take you around 2-3 hours to learn the basice of coding
3. you must have a good experience in using python or you can hire specialist to assist you for building this kind of tools
4. It take alot of time to check if this code is working or not if you are developer it was easy for you but for beginners who is new this career it will be difficult
So my advice is learn first coding and try if this working or not and you will see the difference at that time
