  1. First of all, you have such a peaceful and trustworthy disposition. It is uncommon to find, but refreshing. ๐Ÿ˜Š I appreciate your night ritual. You asked what we do for our rituals. Some of what I do is breathing exercises, prayer, and bedtime yoga.

  2. I used to listen to Paul McKenna too! I'm going to start again now you've mentioned it as his visualizations are all about using the imagination to become the person you want to be!

  3. Great video , Thanks for the information will incorporate the glasses and ring to my rituals. My ritual before going to sleep is / gregg braden heart meditation for 10 mins followed by Neville goddard imagine as if where real then lastly listen to stuart wilde subliminal.

  4. Productivity mode. Not planning your day ahead of time I feel you on that one! That point was the key take away for me in this video.

    My evening ritual.

    1. I have a whiteboard where I have 3 sections To-day's, Tasks, and Goals. (Things that need to be done go on today's, tasks are things that need to be done in a week or two, and goals are for the month)

    2. Gratitude, affirmations, and recognition are a key area of my morning and evening ritual. Affirmations in front of the mirror, recognition as I check off boxes from the whiteboard, and gratitude for my life and the people apart of it as I drift off.

    3. I like having things ready to go the next morning lunch for work made, work clothes ready to put on, and jotting down what's on my mind in the todays' section so it's out of mind. Doing these tasks allows me to detach and get into meditation mode for the night/morning

    My evening/morning ritual is always being fine-tuned and this video allowed me to rethink some stuff. Thank you much

  5. I like to actually write my morning ritual and plans and tasks down that I already know Iโ€™ll be doing. I sleep better knowing that I have written something down that are important so I wonโ€™t fret over it whilst trying to fall asleep.

  6. Thank you, Stefan, for being such a real and authentic person. You inspire me so much. I resonate with all of these for me I like to wind down watching something educational on youtube or a Netflix show at the end of the week, also find having a tea and reading helps me wind down. Also, make take magnesium every night as it helps with sleep a lot. In terms of a Netflix show, I'd highly suits and a docuseries called Mars. Really well done and a good blend of story and documentary. Definitely, gets you thinking big picture!

  7. I love to pamper myself at night and one day I asked my hubby if he wants to join. Since then we and do face scrubs and masks togetherโ€” itโ€™s a fun bonding thing! ๐ŸŽญ

  11. Wow, I am wearing blue light blocking glasses right as I am watching!! My eyes would get tired being on my computer throughout the day running my Amazon business so I bought some. So not only does this help with sleep but it helps fatigue if you are staring at a computer much of the day.
