  5. Thanks for the tut, Jason. But how should we work with KWs that are removed from GKT but obviously they are workable? (I see ads are showing up when I search G for these terms). I mean how to analyze their possible CPC, traffic, budget estimation? (besides obvious 3rd party tools as I doubt in them being precise especially when it comes to know whether you will get any clicks for a specific CPC set)
