In previous months we were having difficulties creating enough amazon reviews content to reach my three blog posts per week goal.
In month four we had successfully received great content from two separate teams but the challenge moved downstream to the actual layout and publishing of said content
My designer couldn’t keep up and we brought on a second affiliate marketing assistant to help us publish these blog posts, but she made a massive mistake…

It took us five years the first time to create massive success. The second site I built took 18 months to create massive success. Once you know the process you can replicate building successful niche websites because you understand how to hack the authority game!

In hindsight, do you regret buying those PBNs?
What does a “layout person” do?
What does the research team do? Do they review the products and then give those details to the writers or do they review the posts already written and decide if they are good posts. How much budget to buying these products.

That bottleneck thing you said REALLY resonates with me. It seems like as soon as we get one process going smoothly, it opens up the opportunity to do other things or puts stress on a different part of our systems because it's working TOO well.
Love to hear how it goes with the PBNs in future videos. Are you planning on actually removing the links after you start doing actual outreach for the site or leaving the links up for the lifecycle of the site? It probably won't matter too much once the natural links greatly outnumber the 5 that you did.
