#1: If you want to get free targeted traffic, the very first thing you need to do is to have the right expectations. It takes around 6-12 months for your content to start ranking.

And most people quit after 2-3 months, thinking that “this is not working”. Unfortunately, people swith to another niche or another model too soon, destroying their own chances of success. So be patient with blogging 🙂

#2: You need to make sure you choose the right niche. Bad niches are niches such as celebrity gossip or movie reviews. They are not targeted. People who search for this type of content are not looking to buy anything.

Good niches are niches such as barbecue reviews, music equipment, memory enhancers, etc. Traffic in those niches is lookig for a solution to a problem, and that’s the sort of traffic and visitors you want to attract to your website or blog.

#3: In this video, I also give some tips on how to approach naming your website so that you leave yourself a chance to expand to additional niches in the future.

#4: In this video I also show how to approach keyword research. It’s absolutely critical to make sure you find good keywords to write content about. Your keywords must have low difficulty. And the competition needs to have short-form content on their site. This way, you are giving yourself an awesome chance of actually ranking on page 1 of Google.

#5: Your content must be high quality. PLR content will not get any traffic to your website. Your content needs to be original. In this video I show how you can outsource content production to writers on Upwork.
