  9. Miles, I love your stuff because you are so passionate about what you do and this interview with Tim just brings forth so many aspects of the challenges involved in creating an agency. I think there was a saying along the lines of, that you can't teach selling unless you have carried the bag and this comes to your point about knowing your craft and having credibility and being seen as an expert.
