How to Boost Your ClickBank Sales on Google/Microsoft Ads With HIGH Buyer Intent Keywords

Part 1: Create a Google Ads account

What I’m about to show you in this video applies to both Google AND Microsoft Ads, but I’ll be using Google Ads for the purpose of this video. If you’re new and don’t have a Google Ads account yet, head over to ads.google.com and create an account.

It’s a pretty simple process, but just make sure that you choose “Expert Mode” at the bottom and continue without creating a campaign because we’re going to do everything together here in this video.

Once you create an account, let’s move on the next step of this ClickBank and Google/Microsoft Ads tutorial!

Part 2: Select a ClickBank product

I usually like to ​go with a product that pays out over $100 in commissions, so you’re welcome to select something like this as well.

Health and wealth give the highest amount of traffic, but are also under the greatest scrutiny, so if you do select such an offer, make sure to add more information to the landing page.

In our example we went with Carbofix, and you can too!

Part 3: Creating a landing page

To promote on Google Ads, you will need to create your own landing page.

I use Unbounce to build out my landing pages, and suggest you do too – it’s very intuitive, comes with a dynamic text replacement feature, and is the best builder in my opinion, although you can use whatever you want.

Basically you want to build out a landing page that will take people to the affiliate offer, so how you do it is totally up to you, but I show you a rough outline in this video.

Part 4: Creating our Google Ads campaign

Back in your Google Ads account, click on the little plus sign and create a new campaign.

Fill in the blanks and enter the campaign name, budget, bid, and so on.

But the key here is the keywords we’ll be targeting at the ad group level.

So you have to add high buyer-intent keywords, such as “buy xxx”, “order xxx”, “purchase xxx”, where the “xxx” is to be replaced with whatever it is you’re promoting, whether it’s a weight loss supplement, Ted’s woodworking plans, or a make money online program.

One really important thing to note is that the search volume for these keywords will be low, but that doesn’t matter!!

What matters is that the quality of these clicks will be much higher because these people are explicity typing in “buy weight loss solution “or “buy make money online program” and so on.

This makes it far more likely that you’re going to sell something than just the generic keywords such as “how to lose weight” or “tips to lose weight”.

Also, make sure to go to adwordswrapper.com and change your broad-match keywords into broad-match modifier to ensure that ALL the words present in your keyword will be written by the potential customer in the search box in order for your ad to show up.

By the way, make sure you don’t use the keyword “pill” – that requires a certification and you can use alternatives to it instead, such as “product” or “solution”.
