Hey everybody Anthony Morrison here and welcome to another episode of the Unlock Success Podcast.
Today I wanted to touch on a topic that plagues every entrepreneur. It doesn’t matter if they’re beginner or advanced, introverted or extroverted, analytical or artistic…
Every entrepreneur will eventually struggle with what I call “Emotion-Based Decisions.”
I know it sounds obvious, but these are decisions made purely on the basis of feelings rather than fact.
Look, every day you have two choices when you’re working on your business or side hustle, or whatever stage of entrepreneurship you’re in…
You can do what feels good, or you can do what you believe to be right.
Now, when what feels good and what’s right come together, it’s a beautiful thing…
But let’s face it, that doesn’t always happen or else we would all be successful entrepreneurs with thriving businesses.
The difficulty comes not just when we choose what feels good, but when we actually decide for ourselves that that’s what is right for our business….. even when you know it isn’t.
How do we combat this?
How can we think about our feelings and emotions the right way in our business?
That’s what today’s episode is all about.

Thank you for this video. Everyone needs to watch this.💥💥
"Write it down." Yes. Also, the examples you give in your podcasts from your own and your acquaintances lives are very useful. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing, good value for me, thanks
Anthony, show me how to combat emotion-based decisions! What is right and what feels good is ideal. How come emotion driven decision making doesn't work. Don't let your emotions get in your way. Do what is good for everyone else. Feelings are fleeting; they come and go, feelings don't last for ever. Check your feelings throughout the day; notice how they change. Do what is right. Feelings are faulty. Test things out, don't make decisions based on what we like. Data and numbers don't lie. Decide what is right for you and for your business. What will you create, do you need to do for your business? Align your goals and your emotions, that is the ultimate. Success doesn't care about your feelings. When you put in the work, you will get rewarded. Nobody cares about what your like, your feelings. Make good decisions. Pay attention to logic, to business logic.
Thank you Anthony, can't wait for your next video. Please keep them coming.
This is very good information. It is very wise to differentiate between what's good for you and what's good for your business. Feeling's are faulty.
You need your logical mind to be a success entrepreneur.
How does internet marketing work?
Oh wow genius ideas I wonder where you learn all of these things
If you have someone available outside your business to act as a sounding board when you are about to make a major decision, it can be helpful.
hey hey hey Anthony Morrison here hhhhhh
It's a very interesting podcast!!! I fully agree with you, that sometimes taking a decision based on our feelings, our emotions can close a door to success. I've made some business decisions based on my intuition. I´m a very emotional woman and at the same time a very thinking person, but when it comes the time to take a decision I usually act following my gut. Nowadays I've realized that it's not always right to take business decisions based on our feelings. I enjoyed this post so much!!
Thanks Anthony 😊 🙏
I'm still reading your ebook, it's mind blowing!
