The YouTube creator support sucks and is pretending to care. It seems to me that Google/YouTube is hiring ROBOTS instead of humans for their live chat support.
It’s amazing that YouTube is offering such a service to their creators… however I would rather that they release a finished product, rather than a half-assed product.

There are 2 things that currently frustrate me to hell with YouTube support:
a) The support reps usually completely IGNORE your question.
b) The support is overly polite to the point of annoyance.
In this video I go over just 4 of the examples that demonstrate these points… however there are many, MANY more cases that I dealt with the support that I felt beyond frustrated, however the chat transcript for such interactions isn’t available.
YouTube – please work on your support reps and release this “product” only when it is ready!

This video sums it up perfectly. I had a very similar experience and wasted 3 weeks of contacting them back and forth about copyrighted material and got absolutely no results due to their sheer incompetence. I even tried phrasing it as clear as possible, highlighting words in bold and in upper case to make it as idiotproof as possible, but to no avail. The just simply do not read… or care.
Google is just a bullshit nowadays

Same thing happened to me now you see I'm telling the truth bro… Its funny how youtube don't have the live chat nomore.. once I saw that that's a red flag… Everything you saying is 100% true keep exposing youtube because their advertising services are garbage and they never give you a blunt answer to your question instead give you a guide to read smfh… "I asked youtube why my work from home video is being shown on rapper youtube channels and gaming channels because that's not how my discovery ad was setup and on top of that I chose keywords… make money online & how to make money online that have nothing to do with music".. I sent them screenshots of this… They responded in live chat that video was shown to the right audience but when clicking on .. where ads shown tab it shows different.. so then I emailed them and they email me a guide.. like tf help me out youtube with my question… Then when i saw this video and I was actually frustrated the whole video 📹because it's a bot we emailing…
