Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! The only caveat I would add with almost any advice given on YouTube is whether you have kids and/or have to also help out elderly parents/relatives. I've noticed a lot of advice comes from the younger generation which is the best case scenario… the point of life where you have the most free time and energy. If you are in your 20's/30's right now and are in this phase of your life, do not squander your time or waste your future away partying too much or doing other useless activities. Use this time to do everything you can to at least build something up to provide an income independent of working for someone else. Once you have kids or other issues such as relatives with health issues (or your own health issues) you will not be able to compete with the younger generation with unlimited time and energy. But then again, who knows… in 10 years we may all be replaced by AI. Good luck!
