Productivity can be a real struggle. From the lure of Netflix binges to the siren song of social media, it’s sometimes hard to stay focused on work. But fear not, because there are some productivity hacks you can use to stay on track and get things done. No more feeling like a lazy sloth – let’s get productive!

Start by setting yourself a to-do list. Nothing too overwhelming, just a few tasks you know you can achieve in a day. This will give you something to work towards and help you feel more accomplished as you tick things off. Plus, who doesn’t love a good tick on a to-do list?

Another productivity hack is to take regular breaks. Yes, you read that right – breaks! Don’t work yourself into the ground, take a break and recharge your batteries. Whether it’s a quick walk around the block, a cup of tea, or just a five-minute stretch, taking a break will help you come back to work feeling refreshed and ready to tackle your to-do list.

And while we’re on the subject of breaks, let’s talk about social media. It can be a major time suck, so try using it as a reward system. Complete a task, then give yourself five minutes to scroll through Instagram. Just make sure you set a timer, or you might find yourself accidentally falling down the rabbit hole of cute cat videos.

Finally, be sure to prioritize your work. Do the most important and urgent tasks first, then move on to the less pressing ones. This will help you stay focused and avoid feeling overwhelmed by your workload. Plus, it’s great to get the big things out of the way and free up mental space for the smaller things.

Staying productive can be a challenge, but with these productivity hacks, you can boost your productivity and get more done in less time. Remember to set yourself achievable goals, take regular breaks, use social media as a reward system, and prioritize your workload. With these tips for productivity, you’ll be a productivity superstar in no time!

  1. EDNS is paving the way for a future where anyone can effortlessly navigate and interact with decentralized applications. It is an exciting project that holds the potential to unlock the full potential of blockchain technology and accelerate its adoption on a global scale.

  2. This video entered my life at the perfect time. Been feeling overwhelmed with juggling a lot of tasks, including trying to get side hustle up and running. I feel as if I am working hard, but spinning my wheels and not making the progress I'd like. Will definitely take some of your techniques and put them to use to hopefully tame the lizard!

  3. Also, thanks Max. Though none of this is news for me really… I even use Notion! I needed to hear this from someone other than my conscious mind. It was honestly mind if a sign and an affirmative to what I've seen as one of my big issues recently!

  4. I don’t know what the analytics are like on this video, but I found this to be one of the most informative and interesting videos you put out in a long time. (I like all of your stuff) Thank you for taking the time to put out content like this even if it doesn’t get you the most views.

  5. What works for me
    – Exercise
    – Minimalism
    – Compare yourself only to your previous self not with others
    – Set time for news/entertainment and work/learning
    – Break tasks into small pieces, and consistently achieve those smaller pieces everyday

  6. I "Bill Murrayed" myself into writing a book. I did Doordash part time on the weekends, but on Monday through Weds I went to my library and wrote for no fewer than 5 hours at a public internet computer. I drove all the way there and had no choice but to concentrate and do it. I wrote my book in maybe 5-6 months, 200 pages.

Also, Max is write–I mean right–keep your expectations low. When you tell yourself to do a 6 out of 10 job, you relax, and hit a 9 or 10 more often than you think.

  7. I like to use excel spreadsheets . It has rows/columns , color coding, different tabs, , templates, formulas, many other features. I put it in the cloud so it’s always available. It’s the poor man’s Notion. I’m thinking of switching to Notion.

  8. I like to divide up my work time between two different locations… home office and Starbucks. I start at home for a few hours, then go to Starbucks, then go back home again.
