  1. IMO, scheduling a 4-hour time block for one task is not going to be productive. It is better to break tasks down as much as possible which really does help to just do it without procrastinating. Anyway, great video. Thanks for the content ❤

  2. What I've learned (X) and what I do regularly
    1:23 – Stones
: Things we don't have control of. Planning this with the whole team is so useful. It helps our team a lot. We are doing this for a while now.
    2:33 – Frame
: that's a huge idea! In my corporate job, this was normal but now in my full-time study/freelance time, there is no time frame from 7am to 4pm. Thanks, I will add this to my calendar to have an end in mind for each day.
    5:15 – (X) ONE Thing
: I've seen your one thing video and this idea of blocking the morning for the one important thing in your life is a great idea. I will test this!
    6:13 – Goals
: Without goals, every way is the wrong way. I have set up a one hour block on Saturday to track my goals. Also a habit tracker at my window with chalk markers! These pens are amazing!
    9:22 – Windows
: You open yourself up for communication. Team, Friends, and Family. Just a blocker for your inner self. Pomodoro works for me best here.
    11:37 – Emails
: Mails and Whatsapp were my time eaters all day long. Now I use the Pomodoro technique to prevent checking my phone all few minutes.
13:12 – (X) Adjust: So true we have to adjust our time blocks and even more important: learn from them. I missed this little key point. So obvious! I will do this from now on.

  3. This was amazing and now wonder I feel overwhelmed, heck I can't fit half the stuff on my schedule and still get a good amount of rest! I'm gonna do the one hour 1 thing in the morning for a while! Thank you!
