This is why i love YT, being an established Youtuber you could essentially use this video to help make back the losses and maybe even profit. While at the same time this video can also serve as excellent marketing / advertising means and most likely will sell you a lot more coffee. Plus the transparency from this video can really help build the brand as a product people would want to support…. Touche my friend, I like your style.

Love your honesty Graham, you're a credit to youtube and finance advice in general. You could add a small margin of a dollar to your coffee, and have all proceeds to go a charity of some kind. Just a thought as you mentioned you're not making any money right now from it, and this would be a great way to help an organisation. I'm a graphic designer, and love the branding you've created by the way.
