Your take on Daniele making faster and better decisions as a dictator is impresive. I like it. It's similar to how China grew to a world power over the last 30 or so years and India did not. A government like China's could make better decisions for the people and move on them, whereas a protectionist democracy like India's could take 15 years to make a decision.
