I was gonna say if ur looking to build lean mass and just wanna look jacked its all about deadlifts legs and back. of course your three cores as u probably already know are chest back and legs, or flat chest, squats, and deadlifts! bro ur a savage! thanks for the modivation u helped me remember what modivates me!
